Description

RugoBox® is a simple, modular, and affordable device designed to measure the macrotexture of road surfaces. Easily integrated onto a vehicle equipped with a tow hitch, the device enables measurements to be carried out in single-track or dual-track mode. Compliant with the requirements of the latest version of the ISO 13473-1 standard, the device provides an indication of skid resistance through the MPD (Mean Profile Depth) and ETP (Equivalent Texture Depth) indicators.

RugoBox® is supplied with its software for data acquisition and processing, allowing users to exploit the associated indicators (visualization, acceptance reports, etc.).
