PROJECT OWNERSHIP OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
PROJECT OWNERSHIP OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
Objective
We leverage all our technical expertise to assist Project Owners and Project Managers, providing advice on technical choices at any stage of a project. This includes determining a budget for a network or selecting construction solutions for a section following a dimensioning process.
DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, AND MONITORING MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, AND MONITORING MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES
Objective
As part of Project Management Assistance (AMOa) or Works (AMOe), following the definition and prioritization of the work program, we guide managers in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic choice for maintenance.
Indeed, considering the manager’s priorities, constraints, or prerogatives (technical, economic, environmental, societal, political), we propose various maintenance strategies, outlining their advantages and disadvantages. We also emphasize the importance of considering certain parameters (commercial axes, for example), allowing our client to make informed decisions.
ESTIMATION OF CO₂ EMISSIONS
ESTIMATION OF CO₂ EMISSIONS
Objective
As part of our core values, we are developing a service to estimate CO₂ (and greenhouse gas) emissions so that environmental considerations are integrated into maintenance management decision-making.
Currently, at the scale of an infrastructure network, the two main criteria used to select a maintenance strategy are budget constraints and the condition of the network. We therefore propose adding a third environmental criterion by comparing different strategies—under a fixed budget constraint—based on their energy consumption..
ESTIMATION OF MAINTENANCE BUDGET
ESTIMATION OF MAINTENANCE BUDGET
Objective
After determining the prioritization of works for several years and using unit prices for construction solutions, we estimate the maintenance budget. Generally, we collaborate with the network manager to use the unit prices provided, ensuring the most accurate budget estimate.
INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE
Objective
The assistance in asset management enables managers to find the best possible optimizations over the total lifespan of their infrastructures. This asset management perspective allows for the most informed decisions based on the monetization of risks and all associated costs. It also ensures alignment and coherence among the actions of the three major stakeholders: technical, political, and financial.
How ?
This study takes place in several stages:
Survey of deformations and deteriorations of the pavement using a high-efficiency device.
Processing of the survey data and updating of the database.
Evaluation and rating of the network.
Incorporation of traffic, weather, usage data, etc.
Optimization of maintenance solutions.
Prioritization of works, taking into account a budget.
TRAININGS
Objective
We offer training sessions to enable infrastructure managers in infrastructure management. Some of the topics we cover include:
- The role of an external inspection laboratory and the importance of external inspection.
- How to develop a works tender document (DCE)
- How to choose a maintenance strategy?
